HR Administrator - - Johannesburg

LOCATION: Wadeville, East Rand

SALARY: R10 000.00 R18 000.00 ctc (depending on experience)

REPORTING TO: HR Generalist

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for providing admin support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, industrial relations, payroll and general administration.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and maintaining personnel files.
Preparing of various Human Resources documents.
Assist with training logistics, capturing of training registers and ensuring that copies of all training related documents are filed accordingly.
Assist with information gathering for Employment Equity, Skills Development and BBBEE reports.
Adding new employees on Timeline, issuing of access cards, capturing of biometrics, and deleting leavers from the system.
Update Timeline daily to monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and all leave taken.
Preparation & processing of all payroll related documentation for the site.
Submission of payroll related reports for permanent staff and labour broker temps.
Participate in HR projects.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Matric / Grade 12 is essential
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field is essential
Computer literacy is essential
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience
Experienced with using a Time and Attendance Clocking system
