Our client is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in various HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires someone comfortable with high-pressure situations and experienced in compliance within the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events. Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software. Understanding of compliance standards and regulations in the manufacturing industry. Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
