Partner with senior management to understand business objectives Develop HR strategies aligned with organisational goals Guide and support senior management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Lead talent management initiatives Workforce planning Recruitment and selection Performance management Succession planning Drive employee engagement activities Advise managers on employee relations matters Advise managers on performance improvement plans Conflict management and resolution Ensure compliance with labour laws Handle employee relations issues Analyse HR metrics and data, identify trends, make recommendations for improvement Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives Degree: HR Management / Business Administration / related field 5 years HR experience Min. 2 years strategic HR experience Banking / Financial Services industry experience (advantageous) Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations Exceptional communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong relationship skills Analytical Excellent decision-making skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment HR certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP (advantageous
