Our client, a leading financial company based in Johannesburg seeks a strategic Human Resource Business Partner to join their team. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and create HR strategies that are aligned with organisational goals. Provide counsel and support to corporate leaders regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices. Manage talent management efforts such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and succession planning. Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to improve the employee experience. Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues, performance development programmes, and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and manage employee relations concerns by corporate standards. Analyse HR metrics and data to discover patterns and make suggestions for ongoing improvement. Contribute to the creation and execution of HR policies, processes, and programmes that support company objectives. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is beneficial 5 years of HR experience, with at least two years in a strategic HR role Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Ability to manage and support leadership and executives. Salary Market Related
