HR Generalist - Stellenbosch

Functions:

  • Develop and oversee the entire recruitment and selection process
  • Draft a concise plan to management, on improvements and changes that can be implemented on the current HR policies
  • Manage HR audits and compliance reporting
  • Investigate and propose an HR platform/software as a cloud-based portal, in order to enhance employee experience and communication
  • Develop and oversee all training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, or Industrial Psychology
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity
  • Have a sound understanding of labour relations and HR best practices experience
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and display a high level of attention to detail
