Human Resource Manager Advice and assist/guide managers and staff to ensure sound people management practices and manage the implementation of Human Resources interventions Qualifications / Experience: Postgraduate B degree or NQF equivalent with Industrial Psychology / Human Resources Management. Min 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources consulting role as a HR Generalist 3 – 4 years at middle management level Excellent communication and written skills Planning and organising skills Interviewing, presentation, counseling and facilitation skills Intermediate to advanced levels of proficiency in Word and Excel Ability to use well-developed and known analytical and diagnostic methods in addressing needs Ability to translate Human Resources Strategy into functional plans for areas of responsibility Excellent knowledge of all relevant labour legislation The post Human Resource Manager appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
