Human Resource Manager / HR Generalist - Johannesburg

  • Payroll (+/- 100 staff)
  • Recruitment process; Coordinating job postings, Sourcing candidates, Screening resumes, Interviewing candidates, Reference checking, Shortlisting, etc.
  • Putting together an employment offer
  • Guiding the salary negotiations
  • Managing the employee onboarding process
  • Complying with all relevant laws regarding reporting and records retention
  • Serving as an advisor to hiring managers
  • Working closely with staff / management in Head Office (Europe)
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws and other relevant regulations in South Africa
  • Experience in complex matrix environment
  • HR policies, procedures and processes for Employee Relations, Recruitment, performance management
  • Business Partnering with the functional heads and their teams
  • Travel to various branches when necessary (every 3-4 months)
  • Travel internationally (1-2 per annum)
