Recruitment process; Coordinating job postings, Sourcing candidates, Screening resumes, Interviewing candidates, Reference checking, Shortlisting, etc.
Putting together an employment offer
Guiding the salary negotiations
Managing the employee onboarding process
Complying with all relevant laws regarding reporting and records retention
Serving as an advisor to hiring managers
Working closely with staff / management in Head Office (Europe)
Knowledge of Labour Laws and other relevant regulations in South Africa
Experience in complex matrix environment
HR policies, procedures and processes for Employee Relations, Recruitment, performance management
Business Partnering with the functional heads and their teams
Travel to various branches when necessary (every 3-4 months)
Travel internationally (1-2 per annum)
