Hyster Driver - Gauteng
A Retail Store situated in Springfield (Durban) seeks to recruit a reliable and skilled Hyster driver as part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Hyster/Forklift to move, load, and offload Tiles and Sanware within our warehouse. In addition to driving duties, the Hyster driver will also assist with general warehouse tasks including tasks that require manual labour.Responsibilities:- Operate Hyster forklift to safely move/transport stock - Load and offload trucks and storage areas- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks- Assist with inventory management and stock organization- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors- Perform tasks involving manual labourRequirements:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Proven experience operating a Hyster or similar forklift- Ability to lift and move heavy objects- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication skills- Willingness to work flexible (retail) hours and overtime as needed
