ICT Manager (Degree plus Document Management and Project Management) - South Africa
Seeking high profile ICT Manager to manage all IT activities in the organization from implementing and maintaining policies, to ensuring proper information system operations and plans are upgraded, to overseeing the internal IT support function, managing projects and service providers. Must have a completed IT degree, Information and Document management experience, leadership and project management experience. Requirements: Completed BCom Information Technology (NQF 7) or similar Qualifications in Project Management and IT Governance preferred Certificate in Information and/or Document Management preferred IT Best Practice certificate advantageous Min 7 years ICT experience 2 years Information and Document management Leadership experience Experience managing service providers Project Management experience Strategic and analytical Experience presenting to board members Able to articulate IT strategies and plans to non-IT members (essential) Exposure working in the public sector Self-Confident, Assertive, Well spoken Duties: ICT and Information Management strategy and policies and procedures ICT and Information Management Risk Management IT Infrastructure Management - manage the development of the IT architecture Information and Document Management Information Security Management Manage implementation, support and maintenance of the internal business systems Manage internal and external systems and IT projects Service Provider Management Staff Management Reporting
