To coordinate and manage all the capital purchases and installments for the stores. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all air-conditioning is installed to PEP Standards Ensure all flooring is installed to PEP Standards Ensure all signage is installed to PEP Standards Ensure all generators are installed to PEP Standards Ensure all electrical is installed to PEP Standards Shopfitting inspection (Pre-Installation) Shopfitting inspection (Installation) Shopfitting inspection (Post Installation) Shopfitting Inspection (Post desnag visit) Store Installation Rollouts General administration Gr12 with Mathematics 5 years relevant experience in retail Construction/Property knowledge Experience in Project Management OHASA knowledge will be an advantage Planning experience will be an advantage Competencies: Problem assessment, Decision making, resourcefulness, planning, Service Orientation, Relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills, decisiveness If you do not hear from us within 4 weeks of the closing date of this position, please regard your application as being unsuccessful.
