Our Client is seeking a Junior Support Consultant, who will be responsible for performing simple tasks on their in-house system. Perform simple well-defined end user support tasks as defined by the process requirements as directed by the team leader. Matric National Diploma (IT/Eng Preferable) Planning and organising skill Attention to detail Structured problem-solving abilities Ability to work largely unsupervised Good time keeping Ability to work under pressure Ability to interact and communicate with customers and team members Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) IT related experience and training Use of standard desktop applications e.g. Internet, e-mail, Word, Excel. Excellent telephone and email etiquette Honest and Diligent Team player Willing to learn new technologies Willing to go the extra mile Willing to take initiative Proactive – self-starter with can-do attitude Versatile and Flexible Confident “Bubbly” personality Empathetic Desired Skills: End user support IT Experience Problem Solving
