Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, tracking orders, and resolving issues.
Create and track sales leads, including qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and following up.
Assist marketing team when collaborating with sales team.
Generate sales opportunities by following up with leads and providing customer support.
Generate new leads using prospecting and other methods.
Administrative tasks as assigned by the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role. Preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
CRM system experience - Hubspot or SalesForce.
