Expected Salary: R10,000 (plus commission after probationary period).
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Consultant, responsible for driving exceptional sales performance by providing comprehensive product knowledge and excellent customer service. As a key liaison between customers and our company, you will adeptly handle inquiries, close deals, and ensure seamless processes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class sales support, addressing customer inquiries and needs with efficiency and patience.
- Actively engage with customers and colleagues to foster positive relationships and secure sales.
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to effectively meet customer expectations and drive sales.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance product attractiveness and increase revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Assertive yet respectful demeanour in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Reliable and committed to building long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in active listening techniques.
Requirements:
- Valid driver''s license preferred.
- Reside within a 20km radius of our Montague Gardens office.
- None Smoker
