INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE - BOKSBURG - Boksburg
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- This is a full-time on-site role.
- As an Internal Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include customer communication and support, sales and order processing, training and product knowledge development, and sales management.
- You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Ability to effectively train and educate customers and products.
- Experience in sales management is a plus.
- Knowledge of the steel industry or related field is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent, higher education in business or related field is advantageous.
