As an Internal Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include customer communication and support, sales and order processing, training and product knowledge development, and sales management.
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proven experience in sales.
Ability to effectively train and educate customers and products.
Experience in sales management is a plus.
Knowledge of the steel industry or related field is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent, higher education in business or related field is advantageous.
