Liaising with third party warehouse company with all stock related issues
Dealing with all inventory queries
Daily/ weekly and monthly Stock management and control
Receiving and dispatching of stock.
Liaise with finance team with regards to invoices , payments and deliveries
Ensure payments are received before any stock are released.
Ensure all new stock arriving in the warehouse are correct and communicate accordingly.
Warehouse visit as and when required.
Handled all back-office queries / sales queries and advise on stock availability.
Reports to finance on any defect / returned goods.
Provide information on availability of stock
Dealing with shipping companies to ensure stock are being received and dispatched on time as per SINOTRUK requirements.
Handle all management / dealership queries.
Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or relevant qualifications in warehousing/ shipping/ logistics
5-8 yrs experience in a similar role in heavy commercial trucks business.
Willing to work extra hours when required due to month end stock takes/ stock control.
Excellent analytical, Numerical, and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
Very good problem solving skills.

Familiarity with Mandarin language a plus (as clients may have limited English proficiency)
Experience working in a company with a Chinese culture (a plus)
Experience in collaborative working relationship with the various stake holders.
Clear and concise communication skills in English due to potential language barriers.
Patience and able to work with staff with limited English proficiency.
