We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Quality Controller to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Inspect incoming and existing inventory for quality and condition, ensuring it meets AUTO24's stringent standards. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure purchased cars are of the quality promised. Document and maintain accurate records of all quality control activities. Manage inventory data through our custom software system. Implement and manage procedures for tagging and tracking inventory. Conduct routine audits to ensure all listed cars match physical inventory. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to accurately describe the condition of each car. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner. Train other staff members on quality control procedures as needed. Regularly report on quality control activities and make suggestions for improvements. Requirements Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management or quality control, preferably in the automotive sector. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license.
