Role purposeThe fundamental purpose of the role is to oversee operations and drive new account acquisition while ensuring customer satisfaction. More so, to expand account loyalty, investment, and advocacy by delivering measurable impact, an unparalleled service experience and world-class advice to clients. List of specific duties Oversee the implementation of contracts.Grow existing customer accounts.Acquire new customer accounts.Gain customers buy-in for upcoming innovation projects.
