We are looking to appoint an IT Infrastructure Support individual; highly motivated, goal orientated and organised with extreme attention to detail who is looking for a chance to be part of a dynamic organisation that offers an opportunity to establish a dynamic career in outsourced services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
IT Support:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
- Monitoring and supporting.
- Providing technical support across the company and for call centre campaigns.
- Setting up AD Accounts for new user
- Setting profile passwords
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary (Warranties to be checked first and discussed with Line Manager before any repairs are made).
- Testing new technology
- Train staff on new technologies and processes
- Escalate all Senior IT Queries to System 5 and keep a follow through until query has been resolved
- Managing third party equipment for any campaigns that are being managed by EAWP.
- All equipment, technology, installation etc. changes to be discussed with Line Manager.
Administration:
- Updating action register
- Assisting the Equipment overseer with the equipment tracker.
- Complete all required tracker reports.
- Documenting all equipment issuing
- Respond to with solution or status of all calls raised within 2 hours.
- Equipment ordering.
Requirements:
- Matric, an IT related certification would be advantageous.
- 6 months - 1 year experience in IT Support/ IT Administration.
- Computer Literate
- Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook knowledge (Essential).
