As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users. This includes desktop computers support, printer support, and computer repair. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience with desktop computers and printer support Computer repair skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work well in a team Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or a related field Based on experience and knowledge.
