Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, test, repair and service personal computers, servers, notebooks and related technical equipment
Configuring routers, switches, Access Points, Printers, and other related network equipment.
Provide onsite support and service of infrastructure at clients premises
Provide Remote support via TeamViewer/Any Desk
Serve new and existing customers by analysing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

Basic Requirements

Experience in the following is required:

PC/laptop hardware components as well as troubleshooting them
Microsoft Operating Systems.
Microsoft Office Applications (especially Microsoft 365)
Install and Configure Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10 and 11)
Install and Configure Microsoft Office related software (Office Home & Business, Microsoft 365, etc.)
Configure basic cloud storage applications (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive)
Setup basic network configurations (router with DHCP, DNS, NTP, Port Forwarding).
Basic troubleshooting of a network.
Install and setup IP printer and related tasks
