Full job description IT Technician A Full-time post is available for a mult-skilled IT Technician. Experience in IT field encompassing all IT related items as well as support on general items such as CCTV, Access control and Telephony VOIP services. General Duties • Identifying hardware and software solutions. • Troubleshooting technical issues. • Diagnosing and repairing faults. • Resolving network issues. • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts • Managing multiple cases at one time. • Establishes and maintains network performance • Configure and install various network devices and services Education and Requirements • Matric • Bachelor of Information Technology / National Diploma: Information Technology in (Support Services, Communications Network) • Excellent customer service skills • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Valid driver's license • Own reliable transportEmail CV - info_voicekm-ec.co.za
