We are seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Junior Accountant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities. Managing drug inventory, analyzing sales data for pharmaceutical products, or ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently. Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries as needed. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. SAICA accreditation completion is mandatory. Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is necessary. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
