Our client, a leading Spa and beauty brand is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to oversee the Financial function for their business. DUTIES Turnover reporting Management of loans accounts Processing Journals SARS PAYE and VAT Capture transactions into Xero System Petty Cash capturing Yearly Audits Verify accounts receivable Verify sales, services, vouchers and discounts Bank payments and reconciliation Monthly Supplier Reconciliations Export payfast transaction daily Dear system admin Complete month end accounting processes Tips Reconciliations Manage and invoice internal and external suppliers Stock checks Chi Desk queries General administration Submit insurance claims Management of leasing agents and co-ordinate Bank Guarantees Reports for Directors Compile SOPs Debt acknowledgement letters General licensing Payment of levies and municipal accounts Filing and archiving Purchasing of sundry products MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Qualified full-function bookkeeping with strong Excel plus Xero (Must Have) 3 year Accounting Qualification Senior Certificate 3 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
