Junior HR Officer Cape Town - Disability candidates only
Our retail customer is searching for an HR Officer with two to three years of experience in a retail or FMCG setting. Assisting the HR Business Partner by offering effective and efficient coordination and administrative support.
Preference will be given to people with disabilities and employment equity candidates who fall in line with the company’s recruitment strategies.
Salary: Up to R19 000.00 (Depending on the experience and qualification.)
Minimum Requirements:
Matric or NQF equivalent with Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent
2-3 years of HR Generalist experience within a busy environment
Work experience in retail or FMCG is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in Payroll – Sage People advantageous
Ability to engage, inspire and influence people (including peers/Leadership Team members).
Team player, high level of interpersonal skills, eager to deliver results.
Able to travel nationally
