Review, negotiate, and execute all documentation and contracts required by the business. Handle relevant documentation issues with precision and efficiency. Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Analyse complex documentation issues and recommend optimal courses of action to internal stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB, BCom, or BA) - Fulfilling your passion for law is crucial Experience in transaction management and negotiating contracts and agreements is preferred. Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential. Understanding of contractual risk and implications. Adequate financial transactional understanding. Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp ability to identify mistakes. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A proactive and flexible attitude, coupled with a client-focused approach. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
