Job Title: Marketing Assistant - Nintendo About the Role: As a Marketing Assistant at Nintendo, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer service excellence across digital platforms, social media, emails, and telephone channels. Your primary focus will be ensuring an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. This includes overseeing the seamless fulfillment of e-commerce orders and maintaining up-to-date, standardized product listings on our e-commerce platform. Additionally, crafting copy optimized for SEO will be a key responsibility. About You: Hold a Marketing Degree Minimum 1 year of Social Media community management experience Minimum 1 year of trade marketing experience A genuine passion for video games and the gaming industry Proficiency with Shopify Familiarity with Salesforce (advantageous) Familiarity with Sprinklr (advantageous) More About the Role: E-Commerce Administration & Marketing: Oversee the efficient fulfillment of e-commerce orders and maintain updated product listings on our platform. Social Media: Drive engagement and community building across various social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence. Trade Marketing: Contribute to the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across digital channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Content Management: Create and manage content in line with established guidelines and SEO best practices.
