Our client in Bloemfontein is recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team!

Minimum requirements:

BSc (Quantity Surveying, Construction / Project Management) OR B.Tech (Building Science)
3 - 5 years' relevant industry experience in a building construction environment
Computer literacy: CCS and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Responsibilities will include:

Manage the Commercial Profitability of projects and alignment to the Financial Life Cycle of the business
Costing of projects
Optimise contract administration and business risk
Customer / Stakeholder / Subcontractor management
Completion and management of tenders

Remuneration:

R20 000 to R30 000 depending on qualifications, skills and experience
