Procure price and availability from suppliers Check data accuracy on orders and invoices Provide support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales operations Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices WhatsApp Groups – Monitor and assist (internal and customer) Maintain and update system Required Qualifications: Matric (Senior Certificate) Minimum of 2 years’ earthmoving / parts sales experience Valid driver’s license Advantageous Skills: Earthmoving-related sales experience Proficient in related systems (Catsis) External sales experience Systems experience (Quickbooks, Pastel, SAP) Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) All applicants; Must have their own reliable transport Should your CV be selected in the vetting process, you will be notified via e-mail.
