One of the fastest growing Real Estate Agencies is seeking a well-spoken, well-organised, sales-driven property sourcing agent with excellent negotiating skills to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. The position involves phoning property owners to see if they are interested in selling their property via the estate agency. Full training will be provided on how to valuate properties online, negotiate prices with sellers over the phone and list the properties for sale. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the property industry whilst enhancing your sales skills. This position has excellent growth opportunity in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must have strong sales, communication and telephonic negotiation skills. Real estate knowledge/experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. If you’re a go-getter, serious about sales and looking to start a career in Real Estate, this role is for you This position offers an excellent opportunity to earn high commission as well as the security of a basic salary. Duties: Source property listings over the phone through various leads supplied by the company. Canvassing to new sellers/phoning property owners to see if they interested in selling their property Negotiate property prices with sellers over the phone and list their properties Valuating properties using online valuation software Arranging property inspections/valuations for estate agents Acquiring signed mandates from potential sellers Meet and exceed set targets Requirements: 1 years’ experience in a target driven sales environment (preferably within the Financial or Real Estate industry) Minimum 6 months call centre or telesales experience Matric Clear ITC Clear criminal record Extremely well spoken, confident and very persuasive over the phone Strong negotiating skills Strong interpersonal skills Positive thinker Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and the Internet Well organised and target-driven Passionate about sales Please submit your CV to ricardoodwyerpersonnel.co.za or visit our website and submit your CV online at www.odwyerpersonnel.co.za/vacancies We regret that we cannot contact all applicants regarding their status.
