The Continuous Improvement LEAN Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the site’s/ Country CI initiative. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change; 5S workshops. With management support, be a driving presence to lead, encourage, and motivate change. Conduct root cause analysis and training to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business and manufacturing issues, material flow & value stream, project plans, production capacity, and create process documentation. Carrying out data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine improvement opportunities, as well as measuring impact of improvement efforts. Assist development of job instructions to identify best practice world class manufacturing methods, use as training tools, and audit for consistent adherence. Assist in implementing Industry 4.0 in our Plants. Help manage the quality management system to drive an effective quality system, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce quality related failure costs. Oversee the plant KPI’s and strive continuous improvement from assisting the team with information to drive data driven decisions which will result in financial savings and support goals and targets. Develop, prioritize, and implement solutions to reduce waste and improve performance. Qualifications Previous experience in quality assurance. Familiarization or experience with ISO management system. Training in Lean manufacturing principles. Training in Six Sigma. Good communication skills, both verbal & written, and problem-solving skills. Good time/task management organizational skills. Strong self-motivated. Takes self-initiative in reaching goals & objectives. Proven analysis and presentation skills including use of common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
