My client is seeking to employ a Learning and Development Manager. This is a senior management position based in Johannesburg and will require travel to sites around the country and cross-border. Applicants from the mining industry are invited to apply. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that cultivate employee skills, enhance organisational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Requirements: 10 years’ experience in learning and development role. L & D methodologies with special emphasis on training in an engineering and mining environment Experience in leading a L&D strategy focused on the future of work Great management and stakeholder engagement abilities Bachelor's degree in HR or L&D Assessor/Moderator/SD Facilitator, Lead Auditor Certificate 5 - 8 years management experience
