Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Specialist to join their legal team in the North-West. Responsibilities Research and analyze legal issues and provide guidance and recommendations to the legal department. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence. Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts and government agencies. Coordinate with outside counsel on various legal matters. Review and track legal invoices and expenses. Support the legal department in conducting legal research and analysis. Assist in managing the organization's compliance with legal requirements and regulations. Maintain and organize legal files and documents. Requirements Grade 12 LLB Degree 5 years experience working as a Legal Specialist within the mining industry. Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures. Excellent research and analytical skills. Knowledge in Management of NEC, FIDIC, JBCC, and similar types of forms of contracts.
