Oversee all aspects of guest experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Handle administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, and inventory management. Maintain lodge facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health and safety standards. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to uphold the lodge's standards of service and hospitality. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. Previous experience in lodge management, hospitality management, or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with reservation systems and basic accounting principles. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
