Grade 12 Trade test certificate in Fitting and Turning 5 years in a Production / Maintenance environment. Good communication skills and team player. Problem Solving Skills Ensure that minimum downtime and a safe environment is maintained in the daily maintenance procedure. Responsible for all Boiler making work to be done. Ensure that requirements of the planned maintenance system are fastidiously carried out. Affect the necessary settings to plant and machinery to ensure quality standards are maintained and optimal use of raw materials is achieved. Change tooling to enable the manufacture of alternate tile profiles as required. To adhere to good housekeeping practice. Communicate, consult and report to the Production foreman on all matters relating to maintenance of the plant. Foster good industrial relations with all employees. Abide by OHS & amp; Company Safety regulations, Personnel and Operational policies as amended from time to time.
