Discover the role The Junior Payroll Administrator will Support the payroll teams in the provision of a high-quality client service, producing service deliverables for a portfolio of clients. Part of the responsibilities include the preparation of data, assisting in payroll client administration, acting as the day-to-day client contact for the provision of those services, to meet stakeholders’ and client expectations. Key Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Drive the strategic vision for our business unit, aligning with company objectives to maximize revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. Lead by example in client service delivery, ensuring all work is executed with precision, timeliness, and adherence to high standards. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the business unit, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive expansion. Serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise to team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Strategically manage people and resources, from recruitment and talent development to performance management and operational efficiency. Oversee all aspects of operations management, including client onboarding, service delivery, and workforce planning to optimize performance and ensure regulatory compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, nurturing these partnerships and identifying avenues for additional value-added services. Drive financial and commercial management initiatives, from business development and pricing strategies to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Champion risk management and control measures, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices. Maintain technical expertise in HR and payroll domains, staying abreast of market changes, legislation, and emerging trends to drive innovation and deliver superior solutions. Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with expat experience preferred Strong grasp of labor law, regulation, and income tax legislation Relevant payroll/accounting qualification or certification Prior experience in people management and proficiency in MS Office and payroll software Ability to drive results and make decisive decisions Expertise in financial management and technical aspects of HR & payroll Outstanding communication skills and knack for simplifying complex ideas Proactive approach to problem-solving and seizing opportunities Commitment to client service excellence and continuous improvement What’s in it for you?
