my client is an wward winning supplier of premium automotive accessories to the sub-saharan Africa and Middle Eastern Markets. They manufacture and supply mats and related accessory products using top quality materials and craftmanship to OEM, CBU and aftermarket principals. R20 000 Per Mnth - R30 000pm Pastel will be a bonus. Excel experience is a must. Working hours - (Mon-Thurs - 7:00am to 18:00pm) (Fri - 7:00am to 12:30pm) MIBCO Provident Fund (Motor Industry Association) Key responsibilities: 1. Supply Chain Management : Coordinating the entire supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products. 2. Inventory Management : Monitoring inventory levels, optimizing inventory turnover, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands without excess. 3. Warehousing : Overseeing warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, while maintaining inventory accuracy. 4. Cost Management : Identifying opportunities to reduce transportation costs, minimize inventory holding costs, and improve overall logistics efficiency. 5. Risk Management : Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as implementing contingency plans for disruptions in transportation or supply. 6. Compliance : Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards related to transportation, customs, and trade. 7. Collaboration : Working closely with other departments such as procurement, manufacturing, sales, and customer service to optimize logistics processes and meet organizational goals.
