We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for the GAC brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. This position will be located at the Salvador Caetano offices in Bryanston. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives. Manage all aspects of our marketing operations, including brand management, advertising, promotions, and public relations. Lead the production of all marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they are consistent with our brand identity. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with sales teams to create synergistic strategies that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Oversee the company's digital presence, including website management and social media strategies, to enhance engagement and online visibility. Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource utilization and maximum return on investment. Organize and participate in events such as product launches, exhibitions, and press conferences. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve outstanding results. Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. R650 000 - R780 000 benefits.
