The person MUST have track record of performance and proof of having successfully built a brand online. Key Performance Indicators for this role: 1. Increase in USA Sales: Measure the year-over-year growth in revenue from the USA market, tracking progress against set targets and analyzing factors contributing to increases or shortfalls. 2. Global Brand Consistency: Assess the uniformity and alignment of the brand's online presence across different global platforms using a brand consistency score. This can be quantified through regular audits of visual elements, tone of voice, and key messaging across all digital channels. 3. Distributor Performance Improvement: Track the effectiveness of training programs for distributors by measuring their capability to implement online brand and sales strategies independently. This can be evaluated through metrics such as increased sales in their respective regions, improved marketing executions, and their ability to meet brand guidelines. 4. Build Company's Online Community and Brand Awareness : Evaluate the growth and engagement levels of company's online community as a key indicator. Monitor metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and overall brand mentions across social platforms to gauge increasing brand awareness. Qualifications : Tertiary qualification in digital marketing Experience / Knowledge : Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns Expertise in various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and other digital marketing tools Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and Google Analytics Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and creative content creation Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing and consumer trends Demonstrated expertise in developing social media and online communities, backed by a proven track record Apply Now
