Reference: CPT000875-Yon-1We are looking for a highly experience Recruitment Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing private client facilities and placing appropriate locum medical staff at those facilities.SD Recruitment (Pty) Ltd provides a 24/7 service, which means the Medical Consultant must ensure cover of their functions at all times for urgent matters based on operational requirements Key Responsibilities: Assisting with recruitment of suitable locum staff Booking locum staff at private client facilities Ensuring locum staff are competent prior to confirming booking Contacting private client facilities regularly to determine additional current and upcoming needs Performing business development and client relations management functions as needed, including establishing and sustaining relationships with client representatives Meeting with relevant internal departments that impact the department when required (e.g. Payroll, Sales, Compliance, etc.) Assisting other personnel with training / mentoring / guidance on Medical Consultant job functions and processes Consulting with Clinical Facilitators regularly to keep abreast of industry movements and service standards Addressing pay queries from placed staff Facilitating communications between locum staff and internal departments (e.g. HR, Payroll, etc.) Managing all resources to ensure optimal operating efficiency Maintaining confidentiality of information relating to candidates and clients Job Requirements: Matric 2 - 3 years’ experience in staff placement / person-to-person sales (nursing or similar industry preferred) Computer literacy (MS Office: Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong interpersonal communication skills Organisation and administration Problem solving and decision-making Driver’s license and own reliable transport Bilingual in English and Afrikaans / isiXhosa Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted should you not receive any communication within 2 weeks, kindly consider yourself unsuccessful.
