Our client, in the medical field, is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join their team. Answering telephones, managing appointments for doctors and other receptionist duties when required Liaising with patients, doctors, hospitals, and about clinical matters as needed Receipting/taking payments from patients Compiling Day Sheets Compiling Theatre Lists Reading and responding to correspondence and emails daily Billing and receipting electronically for patients who pay in the rooms Liaising with medical aids on all matters related to the Practice Motivations for PMB claims and other related correspondence/documentation Electronic Filing of all necessary documentation Strong Computer literacy Can work under pressure and take initiative and multi-task Strong interpersonal skills, friendly positive attitude, well-spoken presentable Strong communication skills Strong and supportive team player Up to R 204K CTC
