Reference: PTA000022-MG-1Working hours: 45 hours per weekMust be willing to travel.Available for overtime/weekend workOur client that operates within the manufacturing industry has an opportunity for an experienced Millwright who is technically inclined to join their team at one of their branches in Limpopo area. Job overview:Perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in most efficient and cost-effective manner possible to ensure machines remain operational to reach production targets. Minimum requirements: 2 years’ technical, machine maintenance experience in manufacturing Design experience. N3 qualification (Millwright, electrical and mechanical) is essential Must have a valid driver license. Any additional technical related certificates or diplomas would be advantageous. Computer literacy beneficial (Microsoft Office Suite) Vast exposure on TIG and MIG welding. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Maintenance and Repairs Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation. Responsible to maintain and implement maintenance plans and maintenance costs. Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements. Supply feedback to management regarding maintenance work done at various sites, including details of all work executed during job. Compliance Install and apply all safety and preparation elements, securing sites from accidental damage. Restore work site to optimal condition as per Health and Safety regulations and good housekeeping practices. Work closely with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems throughout the business.
