Are you interested in a Millwright career in Woolworths Supply Chain and Logistics? Main Purpose To provide required electrical and mechanical maintenance support and supervision of contractors performing maintenance on site. Key Responsibilities Ensure appropriate job plans are in place for all allocated preventative and planned maintenance Ensure job cards for allocated maintenance are completed timeously Proactively identify opportunities for the need for preventative maintenance and ensure that relevant job plans are in place to address Authorise, supervise and sign off all allocated maintenance carried out by contractors against relevant budget Investigate identified faults and where appropriate carry out the required maintenance Ensure that all faults beyond scope of this position are allocated to an appropriate contractor according to job card priority Ensure that all preventative and planned maintenance is managed cost effectively Ensure that all allocated maintenance performed on site is according to required health and safety standards Key Competencies Electrical High and Low Voltage skills Workshop practice and hand skills Safe working practices HT Switching experience Able to adapt working hours according to the business needs Able to work in different temperature regimes OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS What theoretical knowledge (e.g. degree / diploma) does the job require? N4 Certificate Trade Test (Red Seal) Qualification/Millwright What experience (e.g. previous exposure) does the job require? 5 years' experience with planned maintenance Management Experience Air Conditioning and Refrigeration experience is advantageous Siemens PLC exposure and experience is advantageous Other key requirements The deliverables are not limited to the accountabilities specified in the job advert.
