Job Title Modality Sales Specialist Image-Guided Therapy You will drive the overall Image-Guided Therapy (IGT) business in the Benelux by working directly with Installed Base customers and Inside Sales Team to promote Options, add-ons & Upgrades by converting opportunity to sales. You execute the strategy of Philips Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) for the entire Philips IGT portfolio in your assigned territory (Benelux). Your role: Developing and driving a trust-based relation with (clinical) customers to maximize the value of the short & long-term business based on deep understanding of customer's needs. Working directly with customers promoting Options, add-ons & upgrades to convert opportunities to sales for growing CLV revenue. The sales process of related portfolio (products and services) specific opportunities from lead till contract/order closure. Customer presentations, site visits and demos of the related portfolio (products and services) and value proposition. Managing relationships with portfolio specific KOL's and other relevant stakeholders at the accounts Building the customer quote, owning and answering customer tender requirement documents. Supporting business/cluster related campaigns, product and services introduction and end of life programs in market. Defining and executing the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product mix to be sold in the region, according to established guidelines. Responsible for achieving the business goals on Orde In Take, Sales and Price realization and assigned territory. Researching accounts to understand customer pains, using data analytics internal and external, identifying key players and generating interest, as well as investigation & resolve customer queries/requests. Identifying opportunities for long term and/or performance based partnerships, conducting analysis of existing installed base. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's degree with proven experience in medical imaging and preferably clinical sales. Prior experience in interventional lab is a strong asset. Service minded and proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment. Strong listening, presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Strong with data and data tooling. Self-driving team player; Frequently interacts with doctors and clinical physicists at our customers. Able to think and act cross boundaries and work in virtual multidisciplinary teams. Able to work independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas. Customer oriented and stress resistant. Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
