Our client in Hilton has a 22 hour week opportunity for an organised and professional administrator. This position is available 1pm – 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am – 4:30 pm on Fridays. Primary role is to support and take instruction from the Head of Administration. Reception/front of office, answering the phone and greeting guests. Process orders of company equipment - sending out quotes and invoices, assembling orders together and liaising with couriers. Management of stock and purchases. General PA duties - binding, filing, copiers, laminating Assisting with the preparation and organisation of annual company Courses (the delegates equipment, catering, venue etc) Taking minutes at meetings Filing, Archiving files, ad hoc projects, such as cleaning out files or tidying up archive rooms. Matric Able to work given hours 3-5 years Admin experience Computer literate Able to work independently and show initiative Half day salary Apply Now
