Description Marketing and Office Coordinator Salary R25 000 – R35 000 depending on experience. Location: Alberton Minimum requirements: 3-5 years' experience in Marketing Fully proficient on Photoshop 3-5 years' experience in office management or Administrator Experience managing company vehicle usage and maintenance. Duties: Main duties will include, but not limited to the following operations; Personal assistance to the Group Managers Coordinate, monitor, evaluate and maintain Fleet Enforce compliance to relevant legislation within the Fleet division Perform secretarial duties Prepare the annual preliminary budgets Coordinate Marketing materials for publication Research Marketing related techniques to improve materials and processes Typing of letters and taking minutes etc. Compilation and coordination of statistical reports Manage stationery We offer Medical Aid Contribution, Provident Fund Contribution, Annual Bonuses Apply Now
