REQUIREMENTS- Grade 12, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- 3-5 years experience in office administration
- Computer Literate MS Office Advanced Skills
- Good communication skills, highly organized and an all-round team player
DUTIES- Debtors function for the branch (sending statements, credit applications, follow up on payments, payment allocation, trade references, etc.)
- Petty Cash Management
- Capturing of Credit Card receipts and reconciliation thereof
- Credit Cards for Staff Making sure all slips reconcile to the Statement.
- Assisting with leave and payroll administration
- Support with quality management ISO document registers, administration, and audit support
- Assist with customer project billing and administration thereof
- General office responsibility as required by management, as well as office functions
- Courier bookings
- Preparing reports for management
- General office duties of ordering consumables
- PA Support to Director and Management
