Office Manager / Finance Admin - Contract - Cape Town City Centre

REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  • 3-5 years experience in office administration
  • Computer Literate MS Office Advanced Skills
  • Good communication skills, highly organized and an all-round team player

DUTIES
  • Debtors function for the branch (sending statements, credit applications, follow up on payments, payment allocation, trade references, etc.)
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Capturing of Credit Card receipts and reconciliation thereof
  • Credit Cards for Staff Making sure all slips reconcile to the Statement.
  • Assisting with leave and payroll administration
  • Support with quality management ISO document registers, administration, and audit support
  • Assist with customer project billing and administration thereof
  • General office responsibility as required by management, as well as office functions
  • Courier bookings
  • Preparing reports for management
  • General office duties of ordering consumables
  • PA Support to Director and Management

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
