Introduction The client is a Hardware & infrastructure supplier for small, medium & large organizations. Description Responsibilities Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Tie workflow to schedule. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Document processes. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. Build positive relationships with customers. Profile Requirements and skills Candidate requires an A and a N qualifications. MikroTik qualification is a requisite but no necessary. Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ IT experience. Great growth opportunity. Must have good understanding of networks and VoIP. A valid driver’s license. If required to drive to other branches, the company will supply a company vehicle. Half day every second week Friday. Market Related Salary
