Operations Supervisor required in KZN for a Hammarsdale Distributor. Past experience is important but crucially we are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on and energetic person to help oversee a busy warehouse. Overseeing inventory needs, stocktaking and undertaking office management and administration. Motivating and supervising employees, good communication and interpersonal skills are needed Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings. Help in improving operations to reduce costs Provide administrative support Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation Previous experience (at least 3 years) as an operations supervisor or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft office Strong delegation, administrative management, and organizational skills.
