PERSONAL ASSISTANT / RESTAURANT BOOKING ASSISTANT (Green Point, Cape Town) Seeking a competent, attention to detail PA & RESTAURANT BOOKING ASSISTANT for a busy and versatile Restaurant and Events Venue, located in Green Point. This is NOT a remote based opportunity) The perfect individual in this role should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills and excellent time management, advanced level in MS-Office and restaurant booking platforms such as Dineplan. Someone with natural leadership skills, stable and able to perform under pressure. Previous hospitality experience is essential. The role should reinforce client-to-business relations, PA duties, restaurant reservations assistance. Position requirements and examples of key accountabilities Advanced-level skills in MS Office (i.e. Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc.) Relevant tertiary education Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls Managing bookings on Dineplan Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments Typing, compiling and preparing reports, feedback, presentations ad correspondence Managing databases and filing systems and conducting research Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Driver's license and own vehicle beneficial Remuneration R15 000 Basic Apply Now
