A leading Medical institute based in Sandton are looking for an Office PA to join their team. Job Description: The ideal candidate should possess outstanding organisational, administrative, numerical, and communication skills. Demonstrating the ability to handle diverse responsibilities and a background in providing high-level administrative support. This role demands discretion, attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritising commitments. Handle email correspondence, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail. IT, legal and general organisational activities assistance for the CEO. Data management and administrative duties for CEO and management team. Execute tasks, as directed, communicating with suppliers or customers through email and verbal channels, ad hoc preparation of detailed costings, quotes, and validation of information. Maintaining an organised filing system, ensuring all relevant documentation is filed accurately and promptly. Prioritise confidentiality and uphold the security of sensitive information. Requirements: Computer literate (proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office). Organised and diligent, administratively strong. Loyal and trustworthy. Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both verbal and written with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Problem solver and detail orientated. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficiency in managing varied responsibilities. Showing intuition and patience. Approach tasks with a positive attitude and show enthusiasm in providing assistance the CEO and management team. Flexibility and a willingness to thrive in a high-performance culture, adapting to dynamic work environments. Preferably reside within easy access of the Lonehill/Fourways area. Qualities: Demonstrates a genuine willingness to serve and support others, particularly in the context of assisting the CEO and management team. Possesses a meticulous attention to detail and is a stickler for accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities. Balances a firm demeanour when necessary, ensuring effective communication and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence. Exhibits a commitment to achieving tangible results, meeting goals, and contributing to the overall success of the executive team. Ability to work autonomously, managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently without constant supervision. Handles sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintains a high level of honesty and integrity.
